Wedding Oak Winery
Wine is about the shared pleasures of life — slowing down long enough to appreciate the blessings of the land while enjoying local food and wine with friends, family and community. That’s where we began.
We take our inspiration and name from the majestic, 400 year-old oak tree, known as the Wedding Oak Tree, which grows about 2.5 miles northwest from the winery. The stately tree has been the symbolic site of numerous ceremonies and weddings, beginning with Native Americans on to early settlers and continuing to this day. It reminds us of the importance of nature, the importance of place and the importance of celebrating relationships.
Fiesta Winery
Fiesta Winery® is nestled deep in the heart of Texas on the Baxter Ranch along the Colorado River. The ranch has been family owned for over six generations, and is built on love, respect, and family. It is with this inspiration that Stephen Baxter decided to grow grapes on the family land. After tending the vines for some time, Steve and Sally, along with their daughter, Savannah, entertained the idea of making their own wine. The trio began to create what would become their greatest adventure yet… Fiesta Winery®.
Save the World Brewing Co.
If you’ve visited Marble Falls, you can see why their slogan is “Marble Falls, for a weekend or a lifetime”, we chose the latter. The residents are just as beautiful and welcoming as the area. Also, the water in Marble Falls is nearly identical to the water in regions of Belgium that make some of the best beer in the world and since beer is 90-95% water (more in Kraft and less in Craft beer), it’s pretty important.
Bear King Brewing Co.
Bear King is all about Camaraderie. It’s about spending quality time with quality people enjoying quality beer. It’s about telling tales of adventures past, present and future. Just like our beers, those stories are based on heartfelt thought with a touch of imagination.
Flanigan’s Texas Distillery & Winery
Housed in a stone and brick 1904 building, originally designed as a lumber company and hardware store. It has weathered the past century beautifully and retains the original featured grand staircase. Furthermore, In 1997, long after the lumber company closed, the building was modified for the movie, “The Newton Boys”, which starred Matthew McConaughey. Consequently we are located next to the historic Bertram Train Depot where occasionally the Austin Steam Train will stop. Moreover the historic train whisks people back in time through the pristine countryside of Central Texas. The train makes its way past Flanigan’s century old building which has been converted into our current tasting room with all the charm of early nineteenth century Texas.
